OSTRICH UPHOLSTERED STORAGE BENCH – A handcrafted peg corner design of quarter sawn white oak creates a sturdy modified box joint.  Makes  for solid construction and years of use.  Our upholstered storage bench features elegant genuine padded ostrich top, custom designed side compartments with steam bent lids. Hand carved live edge on this piece is “Top Shelf”. This trunk was stained a rich dark mahogany, aged and distressed, then hand waxed to a beautiful sheen. The exterior of this upholstered storage bench is accented with authentic reproduction hardware, cast iron lid lifts with the custom made Zeller Lock, and genuine heavy duty leather handles. Interior is an elegant designer brocade which compliments the ostrich top. Special feature is 3 hidden compartments. Flat top trunks, or benches can be custom made in any size.  They are a functional work of art, wonderful for an entryway or foot of the bed.  Provides extra sitting space and lots of storage.
